YOGA CLASSES.
🌱 Thursday afternoon 5-6:30pm, Saturday 7-8:30am and Sunday 7-8:30am we address the bodily issues with systematic integral Yoga – deeply restorative and purifying all layers of our self. We conclude the class with deep meditation.

PUJAS.
🌱 Our weekly focus is on conducting the Healing Mahamrityumjaya Havan every Saturday 5-7pm for the benefit of all, greater wellbeing, positive transformation and upliftment.
🌱 Tuesday starts 9am Ganesh Puja to invoke blessings of the right knowledge, desire and action. It is followed by Working 🐝 , lunch and yoga Nidra.

CHANTING.
🌱 We gather on Fridays 5-7pm for Bhakti Yoga with deeply touching Kirtans.
🌱 Monday and Saturday 9-11am, Tuesday and Friday 2-4pm – take an opportunity to go on a weekly Sadhana of chanting one of the most profound Sanskrit hymns to Shiva (Mon/Sat), Devi (Fri) and Ram (Tue), possible to join via Zoom.
